to guarantee the availability of the product and the quantity needed, we recommend pre-ordering based on the following schedule:
- spring/summer: pre-order by october for march delivery
- fall/winter: pre-order by may for august delivery
contact us if any defects are found in the materials or workmanship, to receive an immediate store credit. damages resulting from abuse and normal wear and tear would not qualify.
